Congrats to the Beaver Toyota Student of the Week, Emily! Emily is in the 7th grade at Mill Creek Academy. She is a member of the band and has played in the Brass section for 2 years. In her spare time she likes to participate in Karate. She has been working very hard to get her 2nd degree green belt and just received her promotion papers last week! She’s been working on getting that promotion for months and is very proud of her accomplishment. She’s also very proud of making all A’s and B’s. Emily’s main goal this year is to show respect to friends, her family, and her school. Each day she likes to help others by showing kindness and being helpful whenever she can. In the future, Emily would like to go to the University of North Florida. One person Emily especially looks up to is her mom. She said, “my mom says to do my best and forget the rest. She lets me know it's okay to make mistakes because that’s how we all learn”. Congratulations, Emily! |
