SCHOOL-WIDE NEWS
Bus Transportation

All Bus Riders should report straight to the bus when the bus arrives on campus. All K-5 students will be escorted to the bus loading area. Middle School students should not go to elementary classrooms for siblings.
Drop off and Dismissal
Elementary parent pick-up is finishing about 3:10pm - after this time, students who have not been picked up, will be brought to the front office. You will need to park and go to the front office to pick up your students.

If you need to change your child's transportation (day of change), please send a note to your student’s teacher before 8 AM on the day the transportation change is needed. If there is a situation during the day and a change in normal dismissal is needed, a guardian will need to email mcatransportation@stjohns.k12.fl.us BEFORE 2 PM (1 PM on Wednesdays).
Include your elementary child’s name (first and last), grade, teacher and how they need to get home. We do not accept phone calls for transportation changes.
**This communication is not necessary for your Middle School Student.

Early Dismissal Checkout – District Policy requires all check-out to be done before 2:00pm (1:00pm on Wednesday). Remember to bring identification with you to the office.

· September 23rd - K-5 VIP and Me (Mother/Son) Night at Dave & Busters, 5-8pm 
Mark your calendars to join us at our PTA Meetings - either in person at MCA Media Center at 4pm or online on Zoom! All members are welcome and encouraged to attend all the meetings, and we're working on getting childcare so you can bring your kids. Can't wait to see you there!

Save the Date! VIP & Me (Formally Mother/Son) Night at Dave & Busters, 9/23
VIP & Me (formally Mother/Son night) is back! Come on out for a night of games and fun!
  • September 23rd, 5-8pm
  • MCA K-5th Grade Boys ONLY
  • $50 per couple, $25 additional child
  • Ticket includes: Dinner, Drinks, $20 game card per person, unlimited video game for students and a photo booth!
  • RSVP Deadline: September 14th (space will be limited)
