There are only two weeks left to register for the 8th grade trip to Washington DC. We are still about 20 students away from being able to hold this trip. So, if you intend to participate, please register ASAP!

Our trip is booked and the window is open if you want to start making payments to make the fees more manageable.
*Do not sign up as a chaperone until we notify you. (This will be in August when we know a closer amount of student participants).

1. Your custom trip website is live! It includes the itinerary, pricing, a custom trip video, and the registration portal. Please share this link with travelers: Registration Link. Registration is open until 9/17 and closes at 5pm.
2. Do not accept payments at school, simply direct them to our site. When parents have questions, ask them to email support@greenlightgrouptours.com or call at 1-800-490-1820 ext 2.
3. Please let your travelers know that the deposit plus the cost of optional trip protection is required to confirm their spot on the roster.
4. We also have a brand new feature that allows passengers to accept online donations that will go directly towards paying the balance of their trip! After they pay their deposit, they will have access to a personal link that they can share with those who wish to support their adventure. I've attached a flyer with details.
5. The Behavior Contract is in effect beginning upon registration.
6. If there are special medical needs or medicine needed during the trip, parents will need to complete the appropriate forms.
