SCHOOL-WIDE NEWS
INTERIM UPDATES -

Beginning this year, we will not "publish" interim reports. What is more beneficial for parents is to keep updated with student assignments and learning outcomes(grades) by frequently visiting Home Access Center(HAC).

By visiting the assignment page in HAC for students, families can immediately view where students may be missing assignments OR where students may have struggled on an assessment.

TUESDAY, OCT 6 - ALL grades in 3rd - 8th grade will be updated. A students grade is reflective of any missing work or a low test score. We need ALL families to view their student's progress, distance learners included, to ensure we are continuing to be STRONG advocates and partners in our student's education.

At MCA we believe ALL MEANS ALL and that students learn in different ways and at different times, which means, any student that shows they have not mastered the standards are given an opportunity to be retaught and a time for retest. However, we do want our students and expect our students to be engaged and active in their learning which means they come prepared everyday to be a learner!

Thank you in advance for investing time and attention to ensuring our students have the support needed to be successful.
