RETURNING STUDENT VERIFICATIONS BEGIN APRIL 15th

Parents will begin receiving emails containing a link and a snapcode to complete their student’s Returning Student Verifications the week of April 15th. You may not receive all of your children’s snapcodes on the same day. They will be sent out by grade level throughout the week, but you should receive them all by end of day April 19th.

Current Grade 5 and Current Grade 8: Residency will be required by all SJCSD students in these grades. Be sure to complete the online form and upload the required residency to prevent delays in student schedules in the fall.

Current Grade 6: Proof of Tdap booster shots are required for all students prior to the start of 7th grade. Students cannot start the first day of 7th grade without an updated FL Form 680 being provided to the school showing proof of immunization. Some may already have them turned in, but if you do not, be sure to contact your physician to prevent delays when we return to school in August.

Students in all other grades are required to complete the update but no documentation will be required unless there has been a change of address or guardianship.

IF YOUR STUDENT IS NOT RETURNING TO A SJCSD SCHOOL FOR THE 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR, please complete the form. The first couple of questions will ask if you are returning. Once you answer that your student is NOT returning and indicate where they will be going, you can submit the form without updating the rest of the information. This will allow us to withdraw your student and transfer their record to the appropriate school over the summer.

Although pre-orders of the MCA/Whit’s Custard T-Shirt have closed, it is not too late to still get one! You can still purchase a shirt by going into Whit’s. By purchasing a shirt, you can get $2 off all orders for all of 2024! The shirt was designed by one of our very own Mustang students!
