MCC Chaplains Conference 2018 - Additional Details

MCC CHAPLAIN'S CONFERENCE

This is the First EVER Conference for MCC Chaplains.

12-14 October 2018
All God's Children MCC, Minneapolis Minnesota USA

MCC Chaplains - and those who are exploring or discerning a call to the ministry of chaplaincy - this conference/retreat is for you! This brief gathering is the first of it's kind, and it is designed to gather those who are engaged in this important, life-giving ministry in the world as MCC clergy. We will gather together Friday evening for meals and some programming, spend all day Saturday in intensive sessions to connect and resource chaplains, and celebrate together on Sunday with worship and a Rite of Blessing for Chaplains in MCC during the regular 10 am worship at All God's Children MCC.

Meals for Friday evening and Saturday lunch will be provided by AGC MCC.

You can stay at a hotel near the church (The nearest hotel is the Sheraton on Chicago http://www.sheratonminneapolismidtown.com/)

OR, if you prefer, there are members of AGC willing to host participants in their homes. Please email us ASAP if you want to request hosting by a local individual/family.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS AVAILABLE

For MCC, you can meet ALL 9 REQUIRED UNITS FOR 2018 by attending this conference. BCCI and APC ( Chaplaincy organizations) will also recognize this event for continuing education credit.
