4-week sessions in April
4-week Hill Climbing  
This unique class will help you learn how to properly use your gears and cadence to improve your strength on the bike as well as your technique climbing and descending hills. 

This 4-week program will build on the 21-week Periodized Cycling Program, however all riders are welcomed!

Class dates and times :
  • Wednesdays 6:30-7:45pm
  • Thursdays,5:30-6:45am OR 5:30-6:45pm
  • Saturday, 7:00-8:15am 
Strength for the Endurance Athlete
These 4-wek blocks of twice a week program is designed as a strength-specific compliment to an endurance athlete’s current training regimen.

Each session will begin with dynamic drill work, and finish with a specific stretching routine to compliment the day’s strength workout. 

Class dates and times :
  • Session I April 2nd through 26th 
  • Session II April 30th through May 24th

M/W 5:30-6:30am OR M/TR 7:00-8:00pm

Half or Full Ironman Distance options, providing race specific training, education, and support.
Junior Training
Cycling and Triathlon emphasis. Includes cycling, run and strength training sessions

  • Offering a wide variety of classes to suit every riders ability; from a single drop-in to an Periodized Cycling program, we have a class to achieve your goals!
  • For your convenience, we have lockers and showers available.
