If you are moving OUT of district, please contact Katelyn Marshall, kmarshall@usd266.com or by phone at 316-722-0427. Please include the new school, city, and state you will be transferring to so we can prepare your student's records for transfer.
Get ready for Fall Pictures!

August 26th is Fall Picture Day!

We cannot wait to see those smiling faces!

Just a quick reminder that our Fall Picture Day will be on Thursday August 26th. A picture ordering packet has been sent home with your child. You can also access the Inter-State Studios website for more information like finding the picture and retake dates, picture day reminders, ordering, and more! Picture packets can also be found in MCE's office at the main entrance. Remember, your smile is your best accessory!
A Message from MCE's PTO
Hello Mustang families,

As we begin this school year, our MCE PTO is gearing up for new events. If you have ideas to share or are interested in learning about volunteer opportunities, please check out our Facebook Page (MCE PTO) or email mcepto1@gmail.com. We hope to see you there!

Parent Pick-Up/Drop-Off Reminders

Thank you so much for working with us as we get back in the flow of our Parent Pick-Up and Drop-Off line! You can access the line by heading East on Albert St from Maize Rd, then Left (South) on Khedive St, bringing you to the entrance to the Right (West) on Liberty. To keep things going, we ask that families please stay in their vehicles, allowing only students to exit. Teachers are available to guide them to classes.

We'd like to give a friendly reminder to our MCE families to be neighborly with nearby Maize residents. Please do not block driveways or entrances. We understand that the line can get a bit congested, but if we all work together and give space and consideration we will be able to move more efficiently.

Quick Tip: To avoid losing your student's QR code and speed up the line, take a picture of it on your phone for quick and easy scanning!

It is the responsibility of the parent to update medical information and contact numbers in Skyward Family Access during enrollment and throughout the school year. Teachers, coaches and other school staff rely on Skyward for important health information like asthma, seizures, diabetes, and food allergies. In addition to updating Skyward, the parent/guardian must also personally communicate this information to the school nurse who will educate and train the appropriate staff. If parents and/or student have questions regarding school guidelines and policies in keeping students safe and healthy at school, please contact the school nurse.
