November 2016
Message from the President & CEO

We are very excited to announce our new Future Ready Leadership series!

As many of you are aware, we have been facilitating our existing Future Ready Leadership programs (Future Ready Level 1 and Future Ready Level 2) since 2011. Over the summer, we spent some time looking at what we have to offer. We decided to "bookend" these programs with an Essential Skills program at one end and an Executive Level program at the other. This approach allows us to offer a "full-service" leadership program to our clients; from the supervisory level to the executive level.

Future Ready Leadership Series Our programs will still offer the same flexibility as always and you don't have to progress from one level to the next. We will help you select the program best suited to the needs of your people and your organization. Additionally, you can mix and match courses from the other programs. For example, if you choose Future Ready Level 1 but do not need Performance Management training, we can swap out that day for one that is in any of the other programs.

All programs are based on the following ten core competencies:
  • Personal Leadership
  • Team Leadership
  • Presentation Skills
  • Communication
  • Embracing Diversity
  • Developing Others
  • Managing Performance
  • Coaching
  • Facilitating Change
  • Continuous Learning

Please take a look at our new brochure and keep reading for tips on the value of identifying core competencies.
