Learn about Honey Stinger nutrition , new energy gel partner of the MCM. Honey is the main carbohydrate source because research on endurance athletes shows bodies better tolerate a carbohydrate mix. A carb mix, like that found in honey, also prevents fatigue and enhances performance more than a single carbohydrate form. Honey Stinger will help fuel runners from training right through the finish line with two on-course energy gel stations.
The MCM, in partnership with Marathon Brewing, a new endeavor from The Boston Beer Company , announces that 26.2 Brew will be featured in the MCM Finish Festival. The golden, hazy ale offers athletes a reward for their hard work. Brewed with Himalayan sea salt and coriander, 26.2 Brew provides drinkers a crisp body and refreshing finish with 4.0% ABV, 9g carbs and only 120 calories.

Gatorade Endurance Formula lemon-lime flavor will be on course at all water points. No artificial flavors and a light taste, Gatorade suggests training with what's on course to avoid surprises during the MCM. Create a personalized hydration and nutrition strategy for the MCM and practice it during training and MCM-simulation workouts.
Personalize your finisher medal with a special ribbon adornment made by iTAB . Runners can purchase the ribbon buckle with name and finish time. This is the ideal way to mark the accomplishment of finishing the MCM and adding a personal element to the Eagle, Globe and Anchor medal.
