Dr. Efrem Yarber, MCMS principal, announced his retirement to teachers and staff at the December faculty meeting. The wrestler of the week for last week is Luke Taylor. Luke is a 6th grader who has improved so much throughout the season. He took first place at the Cavalier Clash last Friday (1/5).

The wrestler of the week for this week is Brigham Fossum. Brigham is a first year wrestler in 8th grade. He has learned and grown throughout the season, and on Monday, he won a tough match against Jasper County.

A message from Coach McCullers:

Be sure you have filled out the Interest Form before conditioning starts! It is not a requirement to join the team; it is just helpful for us to have your information before conditioning and tryouts begin. Please also tell your friends to join the classroom and fill out the form if they want to try out for track.

MCMS tennis tryouts for 6th, 7th, 8th grades will be Tuesday, January 16 - 19 until 5:30. There will be a transfer bus to the high school courts. Scan the QR code or click the graphic to join the google classroom, and please email Hannah Grossman with any questions.
