We had such a great Literacy Night Lawn Party this week and appreciate everyone who came out and supported the fun! Special thanks to Anni Horne for organizing, to the teachers, staff, & admin for carrying out the vision, and to the volunteers who gave their time to make it the best one yet!

Nathan Harmsen recommends
When We Were Lost
by Kevin Wignall
Seventh grader, Nathan Harmsen, recommends this adventure book to his friends because "it is a fun book that keeps you on the edge of your seat." He considers it a real life maze runner and says the book shows how the main character changes throughout the story. On a scale of 1 to 5, Nathan gives this book a 5!

The results are in from our MCMS Cheerdawgs’ final competition - they hit a perfect routine and scored the highest of all the middle schools, ending their season by bringing home another trophy! Way to go, girls, and congrats to Coach Anni Horne for another impressive season!
