You are receiving this on a Sunday morning! A first. The reason is that tomorrow, Monday at noon, a panel of key Town staff members and other community leaders, will update everyone on the impact of this Spring's events on their departments. You can attend this Community - Town Hall Meeting via the Zoom link provided in the yellow text box below. See you there!
In the past week, we as a community and as a nation have felt many different emotions - anger, grief, sadness, courage, and hope. I was inspired by the inclusive, peaceful, and educational nature of the Black Lives Matter rally at the Moraga Commons on Thursday morning. It was planned by a few Campo teachers and students, and was attended by several hundred Lamorinda young people, families, and adults of all ages. The MCN Board joins me in hoping that the wave of compassion and personal responsibility that we've seen throughout the virus pandemic will spill into addressing the pandemic of racial inequality as well.
Got young adults at home? Don't miss the new free seminar described below.
There is a calendar summary of the County's reopening dates for businesses and other places at the bottom of this bulletin.

The longer we listen to one another - with real attention - the more commonality we will find in all our lives. That is, if we are careful to exchange with one another life stories and not simply opinions.
