Greetings MCS Parents -

Every year we conduct a survey to get your feedback regarding progress. Your input is valuable to us and it is used as part of our school improvement plan going forward. Your role in our efforts to provide your students with the very best Christian education is vital! Last year we received 97% participation and this year we are hoping for 100% participation!

Early Responder Incentive: All student(s) who turn in a completed survey incentive form before or on Friday, June 2nd, will receive a free dress day on June 2nd.

Completing this survey by Tuesday, June 6th, gives your children the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for:  one of two brand new (highly rated and hard to find) Nintendo Switch Gaming Systems (one for Middle School and one for Elementary)   AND for homeroom classes with 100% participation, a separate drawing for the winning homeroom class to jump at Sky High Trampoline Park for one hour with Mr. Moore and their teacher during the school day.   You must print the separate incentive form below once you have completed the survey to be entered.

INCENTIVE DETAILS: Once you have completed the survey, please print the following Incentive Form (one for each of your students), follow the directions, and return it to your student(s)' teacher.

Results of the survey will be published at the beginning of next year.
