Breakfast will be available during this time as well.

Note: Dinner is on your own if you are arriving Thursday night.

Student Presenters

Note to students presenting posters: Make sure to hang your posters in your assigned spot (See Murdock staff for your assigned spot) in Discovery Ballroom or Heritage EF no later than 7:50am Friday morning. The best times for you to hang your poster are Thursday night between 8:00pm-10pm or Friday morning during registration (6:30-7:30am).

Note to students presenting talks/oral presentations: Make sure to review the presentation schedule and note your presentation day and time. Oral presenters have 15 minutes (approximately 15 slides) for your talk. There will be 1 minute of table discussion, and 4 minutes for Q&A.

Please show up at the stage at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the whole presentation session. There will be a podium microphone, as well as a clicker for your presentation. All student oral presentation slides should be uploaded to WeTransfer by Monday, November 4th at 5:00pm Pacific time. All oral presenters should have received an email with all of the details on how to upload to WeTransfer. If you have any questions, please email AngelaL@MurdockTrust.org
