Department Seeks Applicants for Healthy Soils Program

The Maryland Department of Agriculture is now accepting applications for farmers interested in enrolling their fields in the Farming for Healthy Soils program. Farmers can receive cost-share of $10 to $55 an acre to adopt key practices. Learn more and enroll today here.
Biden 30% by 2030 Plan

The Biden-Harris administration outlined a vision for how the US can work collaboratively to conserve and restore the lands, waters, and wildlife that supports and sustains the nation. The recommendations are contained in a report outlining a locally-led and voluntary nationwide conservation goal to conserve 30% of US lands and waters by 2030. Read more here.
