Uniform Information

The Mount de Sales uniform has been proudly worn by our girls for many decades. We are excited to see you in yours!

Each incoming student is required to purchase a new uniform set from FlynnO'Hara Stores.

The spring uniform includes the blue kilt and MDSA polo.

The winter uniform includes a grey kilt, white MDSA blouse, and navy MDSA blazer. Seniors wear the senior sweatshirt (shown below) instead of the blazer.

Each season's uniform also includes tan Sperrys or bucks, a name badge, and a Miraculous Medal. The girls will receive their name badges at the beginning of the year, and their Miraculous Medals will be blessed and given to them at Medal Mass in October.

Please kindly note the required length for your uniform skirt! The hem of the skirt must be only two or three inches above the knee. The administration reserves the right to require students to purchase a new skirt if the hem cannot be adjusted to the correct skirt length.

Check out our Uniforms web page for more information.

Technology

The One-to-One Technology Initiative is designed to enhance the Mount de Sales curriculum while maintaining its authenticity. Teachers and students use Canvas, Office 365, and Microsoft tools. Teachers utilize ClassPolicy to manage technology activity in the classroom. Students attend technology orientations, and faculty and staff receive regular professional technology development.

Families are required to buy their own devices based on the school’s criteria. However, students will have full access to Microsoft Online Suite and Office 364 online at no charge.

It’s never too early to begin looking at devices to purchase! Please see our technology requirements checklist here.
