Staying Active & Well at Home
Jasmine Gillett has been working on her design book coloring pages to give to all her family and friends to cheer them up. This one is for her aunt who loves tea!
Devan DeSisto is staying well at home by taking really good care of her teeth. She uses hand floss packets (they come in fruit flavor), an electric toothbrush, tooth paste and Bubble gum flavored mouthwash that help with plaque. She is going to buy a water pick this week to keep her gums even healthier!
What ways are YOU staying active and healthy?
Share your ideas, and we will include them in our next newsletter!

The MDSC team is continually updating resources for families during the coronavirus pandemic, including educational tools and resources that we hope might help as your family navigates these uncertain times. If you've come across something that has helped you or your daughter/son with Down syndrome, please send it our way so we can share with our MDSC community.
In an effort to give back during this time, author, mom and our friend  Rosemary Alfredo  has made a newly republished electronic version of her book " The Best Life Possible (for Your Child with Special Needs) " available free of charge today, May 15!
