Thank you to Shilo and Amanda at the Spanish River library for the amazing video stories. We are enjoying them so much!

Thank you to Ron and Courtney Lombardi of Iguana Guard for adding more guards around the church campus. When the iguanas can't run up in the trees they often find a new place to visit!

Thank you to Kelly Koscso for setting up our MECE night out at Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza. Thanks to all the families that came out too!

Thank you to the Blodgett family for providing coffee, bagels, and donuts for the teachers! What a lovely treat!

Thank you for your support during the recent classroom closure due to Covid. Our quick response prevented any spread. I recently learned of a preschool that was required to close the whole school for two weeks because so many classes were quarantining. Thank you for your continued vigilance and commitment to the MECE community.

We've been reading the Bucket Filler books the past few weeks. Then when children do an act of kindness or love their name goes on a heart in the bucket. You can learn more about bucket fillers here.
Miss Susan challenged all of the teachers to a Valentine door decorating contest. Miss Lisa already finished our door. I'll share the winners in next month's newsletter.

The purpose of the MECE Parent Association is to build a strong community among our pre-School and kindergarten parents; support the teachers and staff; and to raise funds to support the school. All parents of MECE students are members of the Parent Association. The MECE Parent Association plans numerous events and opportunities for parents to get involved and participate in the MECE Parent Association, thereby directly supporting the school and our children.
Thank you to everyone that came out to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza for family night out! Can you believe we’re halfway through the school year? We’re going to finish up Square 1 Art, start planning Teacher Appreciation week, and start looking to the next school year!
