A Message From the

MECHWI Advisory Board

Dear Maine CHWs and Allies,

As the end of the year is quickly approaching, so is our term as Advisors. There may be a few of us possibly returning in 2025 for another year's term but for some of us we say thank you for letting us represent all of you in the Initiative. It has been an honor to be a part of this great work and rest assured that we will continue to do so as part of the Initiative.

To take part in the voting process for new advisors, please join the meeting on Dec. 10th.

Please continue to read about the highlights and exciting events happening with the MECHWI.

What is self-care? Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical, health, and mental health. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact.
