Timothy G. Holdeman

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. Announces New Director of Business Development, Timothy G. Holdeman.

Tim will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions for existing and potential clients in both the municipal and private sectors. "EEI is delighted to have Tim join our team, " says Peter Wallers, P.E., CFM, President and CEO of EEI.
Tim is well-known and respected individual in the municipal sector, most recently as the Director of Public Works at the City of DeKalb.

Village President Matt Brolley presented an appreciation plaque to The Dollar Tree management team and staff. The Plaque represents a collaborative effort from The Village of Montgomery, the Montgomery Economic Development Corporation and the Greater Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.

A ribbon cutting celebration was held on February 28, 2019 at 1928 Caterpillar Drive, Montgomery, IL 60538.

The new Dollar Tree is located at 1928 Caterpillar Drive, in Montgomery, Illinois.

The MEDC Board is a volunteer based Board that provides input and direction to the MEDC. We have a committed group of board members that represent a variety of business that have been a part of the organization since the MEDC was founded in 2003. The MEDC along with the business community leaders have helped create an environment that provides resources and opportunities for businesses to grow and flourish in our community.
