COVID-19 Transportation Executive Budget Hearing

New York, NY-- Tomorrow, May 11, Chairman Ydanis Rodriguez will be holding an Executive Budget Briefing alongside the Committee on Finance Chaired by Council Member Daniel Dromm. The Committees will hear from the MTA, DOT and other City agencies on the immediate and long-term impacts of COVID-19 on their operations. During these uncertain times, it is crucial that City agencies are providing New Yorkers with the support they need ahead of reopening the City. Chair Rodriguez hopes that the upcoming budget will effectively address the City's needs while adapting to the increasingly changing environment.

Audiencia Presupuesto Ejecutivo de Transporte, COVID-19

Nueva York, NY-- Mañana,11 de Mayo, el Presidente del Comité de Transporte, Ydanis Rodríguez, llevará a cabo una reunión sobre el presupuesto ejecutivo junto con el Presidente Daniel Dromm del Comité de Finanzas. Los Comités oirán reportes de la MTA, DOT y otras agencias de la Ciudad sobre el impacto de COVID-19 en la Ciudad. Durante estos tiempos inciertos, es crucial que las agencias municipales brinden a los Neoyorquinos el apoyo que necesitan antes y luego de reabrir la ciudad. El Presidente Rodríguez espera que el presupuesto aborde efectivamente las necesidades de la Ciudad mientras se adapta a las condiciones que cambian diariamente.
