- Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 9, 2019, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez, will be joined by Transportation Alternatives, other elected officials and stakeholders to call for the City of New York to be reimbursed for more than three years of planning, allocation of resources and city investments made in anticipation of the 15-month closure of the L-train tunnel to repair the damage produced by Hurricane Sandy.
