COUNCIL MEMBER RODRIGUEZ & NYCT PRESIDENT BYFORD TO ANNOUNCE UPCOMING STATION IMPROVEMENTS


NEW YORK, NY --  Tomorrow, Thursday, January 3, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez, New York City Transit President Andy Byford, and other elected officials, will meet outside the 168th St. 1 train subway station to inform riders of the upcoming station improvement work that will begin on Saturday, January 5, 2019 and continue for approximately one year. Council Member Rodriguez, President Byford, other elected officials will be informing the public of alternative bus service available during the time of renovation work on the 1 train line at 168th St., what to expect in the upcoming months, and what plans are in place to monitor the project and reach a timely completion.
