COUNCIL MEMBERs RODRIGUEZ, CABRERA, ESPINAL & chin PRESENT E-BIKE &
E-SCOOTER BILL PACKAGE
NEW YORK, NY--
Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 28, 2018, Council Members Rodriguez, Cabrera, Espinal & Chin will be joined by their colleagues, advocates and stakeholders, at the Steps at City Hall to announce the four bill package that will legalize E-bikes and E-scooters in the City of New York, establish an E-bike conversion program, and create an E-scooter pilot program within the City. The legislative package will be introduced later in the day at the NYC Council Stated Meeting. The co-sponsors of the legislation will be available to answer questions and discuss the components of the bill package.
