Small Business Town Hall With SBS Commissioner Gregg Bishop
(Electeds Discuss The Impact of Novel Coronavirus on Small Businesses in NYC)  
 
New York, NY--  Given the technical difficulties with our virtual meeting on Friday, April 3rd, we have rescheduled the Small Business Town Hall briefing for Today, Sunday April 5th at 3:00pm.  Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez, Congressman Adriano Espaillat, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, Senator Robert Jackson, Assembly Member Carmen De La Rosa, Assembly Member Al Taylor, and Council Member Mark Levine will host the small businesses Town Hall briefing led by Small Business Services (SBS) Commissioner, Gregg Bishop. The Town Hall will briefing will be discussing the impacts of the novel coronavirus pandemic on the small business community. 

Small businesses in Northern Manhattan have been severely impacted by the restrictions imposed by the novel coronavirus.  Local businesses have had to take drastic measures, layoff employees and implement changes to traditional business models to appropriately respond to the demands of operating in the time of a global pandemic.  The virtual Town Hall briefing will be open to all businesses, but also to anyone interested in gaining information regarding New York's response to struggling small businesses and employers.

(Oficiales Electos Responden al Impacto Del Novel Coronavirus en los Pequeños Negocios de NYC)   
 
Nueva York, NY--  Dada las dificultades técnicas con nuestra sesión informativa del Viernes 3 de Abril, la tendremos Hoy, Domingo 5 de Abril a las 3PM.  El Concejal Ydanis Rodriguez, el  Congresista Adriano Espaillat, la Presidenta del Condado de Manhattan Gale Brewer, el Senador Robert Jackson, la Asambleísta Carmen De La Rosa, Asambleísta Al Taylor, y el Concejal Mark Levine, conducirán la reunión informativa para pequeños negocios, presentada por el Comisionado del Departamento Para Servicios a los Pequeños Negocios (SBS), Gregg Bishop, para hablar sobre sobre los recursos disponibles para hacer frente al impacto de la pandemia del nuevo coronavirus.

Pequeños negocios del Norte de Manhattan se han visto gravemente afectados por las restricciones impuestas por el nuevo coronavirus.  Los  pequeños negocios locales han tenido que tomar medidas drásticas, despedir empleados e implementar cambios en los modelos comerciales tradicionales para responder adecuadamente a las demandas de operar un negocio durante una epidemia global. La sesión informativa estará abierta a todas los negocios, pero también a cualquier persona interesada en obtener información sobre la respuesta de parte de la ciudad de Nueva York a los pequeños negocios y empleadores en dificultades.
