WHO: Premier game table design and local manufacturing company 11 Ravens, with over 40 years of combined experience producing high-quality, precision-made game tables, furniture and more, opens at the Pacific Design Center (PDC). The game tables, many of which can be converted for multiple uses, are built with the intimate knowledge of those who participate in these games and sports, including Michael Zaretsky, a former pro table tennis player and owner of LA’s highly-regarded Gilbert Table Tennis Center. The first 11 Ravens design came from his collaboration with designer Bernard Semerdjian. 11 Ravens is known for elegance, innovation, edginess and customization—where choice of material finishes, colors, sizing, and more create endless possibilities and an experience that professionals (athletes), amateurs, and anyone in between will appreciate. Additional lifestyle items are in the works for 2021.

WHY: 11 Ravens is inviting media and the design community (designers, architects, and their clients) to be the first to explore the new showroom – a world of entertainment and lifestyle options that is more important than ever. Being at the heart of LA’s design district affords visitors the tactile and accessible experience of these one-of-a kind pieces that have been commissioned for celebrities, accomplished athletes, titans of industry, prestigious athletic and social clubs, renowned artists, and retail, corporate and hospitality giants.
“We hope to provide by mid-Feb. as many safe (CDC-guided) one-on-one walk-throughs as we can, but we also value that today’s technology will allow us to provide anyone an individual virtual experience to see the space and have our pieces, process and ethos explained on a one-on-one basis,” says Sea Zeda, director of business development for 11 Ravens. “Our goal has been to create the best experience and do what will bring more people into the design center (eventually), and provide us with an interactive platform, to start rolling out 11 Ravens lifestyle brand offerings summer 2021.”
The new PDC location also offers the entertainment industry, event professionals and stagers the opportunity to explore loans of gaming tables for major events in the region—from the Academy and Emmy Awards, to Super Bowl and the Olympics, to premier homes on the market to showcase houses.
