San Francisco Pride expands its longtime partnership with Frameline45 in cooperation with Giants Enterprises for the first-ever Pride Movie Night at Oracle Park (PMNOP).
Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is Saturday night’s film. Hosted by Miss Gay United States Icon 2022 Bionka Simone, Saturday’s pre-show begins with another land acknowledgment by Landa Lakes and the Bay Area America Indian Two Spirits (BAAITS), and goes on to include appearances by Dykes on Bikes, Curve magazine founder Franco Stevens, opera singer Breanna Sinclaire, vogue artist Sir Joq, and many others.
In the absence of a traditional Parade and Celebration, PMNOP’s back-to-back evenings constitute the largest in-person events for SF Pride’s programming for June. In other words, this is SF Pride 2021.

- All attendees, including media, must remain masked at all times (unless actively eating or drinking).
- Media are permitted to bring bags, but they must remain in the dedicated media areas. Volunteers will be on staff to assist.
- Please understand that California’s social-distancing limits do not lift until June 15, and Oracle Park staff will enforce the stadium’s strict public-health policies, including a prohibition against roaming around. They have absolute discretion to handle any situations that may arise, up to and including ejection.

Everybody’s Talking About Jamie
Inspired by true events, “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie” is the film adaptation of the award-winning hit musical from London’s West End, about Jamie New (newcomer Max Harwood), a teenager in a blue-collar English town with a dream of life on stage. While his classmates plan their livelihoods after graduation, Jamie contemplates revealing his secret career ambition as a fierce and proud drag queen. His best friend Pritti (Lauren Patel) and his loving mom (Sarah Lancashire) shower him with endless support while local drag legend Miss Loco Chanelle (Richard E. Grant) mentors him toward his debut stage performance. But it’s not all rainbows for Jamie as his unsupportive dad (Ralph Ineson), an uninspired career advisor (Sharon Horgan), and some ignorant school kids attempt to rain on his sensational aspirations. In rousing and colorful musical numbers, Jamie and his community inspire one another to be more accepting, and to see the value in facing adversity stepping out of the darkness into the spotlight.
“Everybody’s Talking About Jamie” stars newcomer Max Harwood, Sarah Lancashire, Lauren Patel, Shobna Gulati, Ralph Ineson, Adeel Akhtar, Samuel Bottomley, with Sharon Horgan and Richard E. Grant. The stage production’s director, Jonathan Butterell, makes his feature film debut as director, with screenplay and lyrics by Tom MacRae, songs by Dan Gillespie Sells, and a score composed by Sells and Anne Dudley. Mark Herbert, p.g.a., Peter Carlton, p.g.a., and Arnon Milchan are producing, with Yariv Milchan, Michael Schaefer, Natalie Lehmann, Daniel Battsek, Ollie Madden, Peter Balm, Niall Shamma, and Jes Wilkins serving as executive producers. Rated PG-13.
Everybody's Talking About Jamie releases exclusively and globally on Amazon Prime Video on September 17, 2021.
