Every creative environment needs inspiration - and Oswald's story provides enough of that to last a lifetime in dog years.

Last December, a 6 week old puppy was found wandering alone in a commercial parking lot near Pittsburgh - his ribs were protruding, he was starving and his tear ducts were frozen. That is when Jesse Mader, part owner of ocreations received a text message and a picture that simply said: "Hey... want a pup?" And the rest of the story is history.

Now let's get you familiar with the fuzziest and most lovable member of the ocreations design world (who, by the way, has rapidly grown from 10 tiny pounds into a tall, lean and muscular 70 pounds, with over a year left to grow).

WHERE DID OSWALD'S NAME COME FROM?

Oswald's name is inspired by Walt Disney's original cartoon character, "Oswald the Lucky Rabbit." This character was around before Mickey Mouse and had much success in the early years of Walt's career. So, Oswald, or "Ozzi" for short, is a fitting name for a pup who works in such a creative environment, and one that was definitely lucky to have survived his winter plight. WHAT IS OZZI'S BREED?
Since Ozzi was rescued from the frozen depths of Route 19 near Pittsburgh, he is also an orphan. His parents are unknown, but dog experts and vets agree that Ozzi is a Black Lab/Boxer mix. He is a very active, athletic and energetic pup (now about 9 months old). Some of his favorite things to do are swim, catch baseball, Frisbee and chase any wildlife that comes within his vision.

WHAT IS OZZI'S JOB AT OCREATIONS
Ozzi's position at ocreations is to bring love, laughter and to inspire creativity. He prances in every morning to snag a treat from our secretary, Janet, and then proceeds to bust through the doors with a wide boxer smile and licks for everyone in the room. Ozzi also has a secret girlfriend, Gloria, who lives in the studio - they have been doing it "doggystyle" since the winter.
