Coworker Corner is a newsletter for MEI to inform our staff, celebrate our staff, and provide opportunities for staff to contribute inspiration to others.

TAX INFO

Reviewing your W4 form selections as well as your paystubs is an important step in ensuring that your taxes are filed appropriately. Missouri Eye Institute will process into payroll all employee selections on both the Federal & State W4 forms. Any employee can make changes to their withholdings at any given time in the calendar year. In order to do this, please fill out a new W4 form and submit to either Lori or Vanessa.
