Kick-off the fall by networking with MEM students, alumni, and faculty at the annual football tailgate party! This family-friend
ly pre-game tailgate event will be hosted by MEM and
PriSim Business War Games.
There will be food, drinks, and games! The tailgate is free to attend. MEM faculty, alumni, and guests interested in going to the game can also request game tickets through the registration link for $20 per person. MEM Celebrates Graduation for 30 Students
One recent grad reflects on earning the "MBA of the Future"
Northwestern MEM celebrated graduation with nearly 700 other master's students on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Dean Ottino remarked during the ceremony, "As alumni, you are the source of our value - we are only as good as the people that we produce. I am eager to see what you will accomplish."
Recent graduate Michael Abusabal shared the impact of his MEM journey on both his professional and personal life in his blog article "
Getting my MBA of the Future". After graduating this June, Michael will be joining the Banking & Corporate Finance team of Santander's Corporate & Investment Banking in New York. Congratulations to Michael and all 30 recent MEM graduates!

Northwestern MEM is sponsoring the IEEE Women in Engineering AI Leadership Summit, taking place Friday, September 20 in Naperville. The summit is a forum for leaders in Artificial Intelligence to share real-life projects and experiences, and to collaborate in efforts to advance the industry. Women and men are welcome to attend.

Student Advisory Board Invites You to "Adler After Dark"
Get a Taste of Space with MEM on August 15th
MEM's Student Advisory Board is planning August's networking event to attend Adler After Dark at Chicago's Adler Planetarium. But don't buy tickets through Adler -
register here - and MEM will cover the $20 ticket cost for the first 20 students or alumni that register! This monthly party at the planetarium features a Taste of Space theme and promises space food, hydroponic food production, and astronomy trivia. Tickets also include full access to the museum exhibits, sky shows in the the state of the art theaters, live entertainment, and the best view of the Chicago skyline!
