JIM PATTISON CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IS NOW OPEN
This weekend, the long-anticipated opening of the Jim Pattison Childrens' Hospital was celebrated in Saskatoon.

We'd like to acknowledge the efforts of several of our MERIT Saskatchewan members in bringing this project to life. From the general contractors, to many of the sub-contractors, this project was a true collaboration of skilled open shop contractors. Its success speaks for itself!
REMEMBER WHEN.....
One of the most memorable moments of the construction phase of the project was when Graham Construction orchestrated the arrival of Santa via crane. Not only did it thrill the kids watching, it also earned Grant Grenier the Customer Service award at the MERIT Awards that year.

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL...
  • 176-bed facility that is expected to employ 72 doctors full-time over 20 specialty fields.
  • Pediatric Emergency and the province's first surgical suites devoted to pediatrics.
  • 100% Private Patient Rooms and dedicated Twin NICU Rooms
  • Special family spaces, an outdoor patient play area, a school room
  • Child Minding Area for siblings of the children who are being treated. The space will provide short-term supervision of children between ages 1 and 12 as well as services to children up to 15 years of age with cognitive disabilities.
