Students will visit the fair with their class during school. In addition, anyone can visit the book fair during Open to the Public hours on Thursday, March 24th (J/J) or Thursday, March 31 (ROB) from Dismissal-8:00pm. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED,
SIGN UP TODAY!
|
In order for the fair to run smoothly, we need many volunteers. **Please see the important information in the shaded box about CORI requirements**
Please consider volunteering to help with set-up and clean-up. We will also need help to staff the fair during class visits and our Open to Public shifts. The daily shift schedule for class visits has been provided in the SignUp Genius if you wish to coordinate your volunteer time with your child's time at the fair. Click on the buttons below to sign up.

|
CORI CHECKS
If you plan on volunteering at the book fairs or another upcoming event, please make sure you have a valid CORI on file with the schools.
Massachusetts state law requires Mansfield Public Schools to obtain CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) on all volunteers who may have direct and unmonitored contact with children. You must fill out a new CORI application every three years.

BOOK FAIR eWALLETS
A Scholastic eWallet is a safe, convenient alternative to cash. It's easy to create an eWallet for your student. Simply add funds or invite family and friends to contribute. Then, shop in-person at the Book Fair or The Scholastic Store Online.
|
|
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Q: What happens to the money in the eWallet that my child does not spend?
- A: eWallets are not refundable but don't worry, your money is not going anywhere. After the fair, the remaining funds become a gift card balance and can be used at The Scholastic Store Online or to fund a future fair. The eGift balance is not tied to a specific school or student, it is only tied to the email address used to create the eWallet. It never expires.
- Q: Can I use the eWallet I created for my J/J student at the Robinson fair?
- A: Unfortunately, eWallets created for the J/J fair cannot be used at the Robinson fair (or vice versa), but unused funds will become a gift card balance after the fair and will not expire (see above).

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO ROUND UP FUND:
Book Fair volunteers will round up each purchase to the nearest dollar amount to fund MESA’s Scholastic Dollars Account. These donations, as well as 100% of our Book Fair profit, will go towards giving books right back to the school through MESA programs like Bookworms and One Book, One Grade, as well as providing books for each teacher’s classroom library. If you would NOT like your student’s purchase to automatically be rounded to the nearest dollar, please fill out the bottom of the flyer and send it back to school. Thank you!

TEACHER WISH BINS
Want to put a smile on a teacher's face?
Consider buying a book or two for their classroom library during the fair.
Teachers have browsed the fair and filled their wish bins with a bunch of great books that their students can read now and long into the future!
|
Thank you to all the volunteers who joined us Friday at our Stapling Party! We got flyers for all six grades assembled in just 90 minutes!! Great work everyone!

.
We are looking for donations for several side items, beverages, and paper products. Please see the SignUp Genius for more information and to sign up.
