IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT CORI CHECKS

If you plan on volunteering at Book Worms, Field Days, or 5th Grade Celebration, please make sure you have a valid CORI on file with the schools.

Volunteers who do not have a valid CORI on file will not be permitted to participate at the event!

Massachusetts state law requires Mansfield Public Schools to obtain CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) on all volunteers who may have direct and unmonitored contact with children. You must fill out a new CORI application every three years.
