Why the changes?
METALCON is going to Charlotte for the first time in 28 years! It is time for change - in all aspects of the show - to enhance the
Total Experience.
The new format accommodates attendees and exhibitors and keeps them engaged. Once you start your day on the show floor, you stay there. No running around looking for classrooms. With everything and everyone moving at a faster pace, this format offers greater efficiency of an attendee's time.
Will there still be education sessions?
YES! And presented differently … ON the show floor. A central Theater has been created for two different keynote addresses and general sessions as well as two Learning Centers offering the flexibility of choice, all day education and a variety of topics.
Will there be the same number of exhibitors to discover the latest equipment and materials in the metal industry?
YES and more! With the newly designed floor plan including a larger directional aisle, it will be easier to navigate the floor and find the exhibitors you want to see!
Is the pricing going to change?
YES - for the better! We are moving away from tier pricing and introducing a
Total Experience
price which will include the trade show, keynotes, and all
the education! Pay one price and you get access to it all.
