METCO HQ & Boston University Future Leaders Program

PAID PROGRAM │ Jan. 7 - Feb 27 Tues & Thurs @ METCO HQ │ 9th-12th Graders


Students will learn about Civic Engagement & Mindfulness or College & Career Readiness. This internship is a part of a research study conducted by Boston University faculty that will require students to provide feedback via surveys and interviews.

Students will be paid $15/hour and will be paid to complete surveys and interviews. Total compensation can be up to $599.

Research Science Institute Summer Program

RSI scholars start with a week of STEM classes, followed by a 5-week research internship, and end with preparing written and oral presentations on their projects.

Broad Institute: Summer Scholars Program

Students are paired with Broad scientists to conduct original, cutting-edge research projects in areas such as: cancer biology, psychiatric disease, chemical biology, computational biology, infectious disease, and more. Students will also get to explore scientific careers.
