In observance of Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, METRO will operate on a modified schedule.
- Local bus, METRORail and curb2curb will operate on Sunday schedules.
- Community Connector will operate on regular schedule.
- Park & Ride service will not be available, except for the 500 Downtown Direct, which will operate on a Sunday schedule.
- All METRO-operated HOV/HOT lanes will be closed.
- The Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.
METROLift
- METROLift Reservations and Customer Service offices will be closed.
- All Monday subscription trips will be cancelled.
- To schedule trips for Saturday, Sept. 5 through Tuesday, Sept. 8, riders can:
- Book multi-day trips between 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. using the METRO On Demand app one day prior to travel.
- Call the automated reservation line, which accepts voice commands and keypad entries, at 713-739-4690.
- For a Live or AI agent, call on Friday, Sept. 4, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 713-225-6716.
