Navigating Programs

We know Metron 8 can take up the entire computer screen making navigating to third-party programs you use everyday a bit tricky.

Touch the Windows key on your keyboard to open program choices and quickly select and operate another program you need.

Looking to take a Sequence of Shots?
Let Metron be YOUR Guide!

Your Metron Imaging Software has incorporated the Sequence feature for awhile now. If you currently have a DR system in your practice, you may not be aware of it, OR if you are familiar with the feature, you remember it not being very user-friendly and have decided not to utilize it.

When you are taking a series of images for an exam, you like to take them in a particular order. Especially if you are on site, it is a process you follow to ensure every shot necessary is available when you are back in office.

Well, with Metron 8, taking a sequence of shots is now more intuitive. Ordering of images is automatic and voice instructed. Here are just a few of the benefits:
  • You won't miss a shot
  • Easy to follow
  • Easy to re-take images

As you would to take any shot, click the Acquire tab, then choose the Sequence needed for your purpose. Click Start. The voice instruction will begin stating the first shot required. Once the shot ( Figure 1) is taken ( button turns green), the next shot is called out ( in red) for you to complete and so on. Note:  Ready is not the indicator for the next shot. The shot name is called out for this process.

At any time, you can retake a shot. Click the button detailing the shot you want to re-take. Metron then notes you now have multiple images ( in this example, 2). If not all shots have been taken, Metron will verbally instruct the next one in the series.

Hello! My name is Erin and I have been working with the Support Services Team for almost two years in multiple roles and I am super excited to be returning to a Support Services Representative position!

I have spent most of my working career in the customer service field. I strive to ensure helpful and exceptional service on every call to provide you with an enjoyable experience. 

Outside the office I enjoy my family time which includes my favorite guy Cody, caring for our two daughters, and a dog named Ryder. Oh, and I do love sports - participating and as a spectator. The Milwaukee Brewers are a fan favorite and I am excited for a Miller Park trip next month!

Hi! I was born in Green Bay and have lived here my entire life, except for just one year when I lived in Houghton, MI while attending Michigan Tech. I graduated from St. Norbert's College, and have since been working in Information Technology. 

What do I like to do when I am not helping our wonderful clients?I love enjoying the outdoors with my dogs Jericho (Jerry) and Maisie (Mase). Both are bully breed mixes that I rescued from local shelters. Jerry is about 6 years old, and Maisie is 3. I will talk more about them in another newsletter!

I am a car enthusiast, particularly older cars, and have recently finished working on a 1970 Chevy pickup that I enjoy driving.

I also enjoy working in the garage, and riding an array of motorized sports vehicles including my motorcycle, ATV, and snowmobile. Wisconsin is a state you can enjoy during all four seasons!
