Metron Manual Backup
Mobile Practitioner? Do you take your practice on the road? Metron Support Services has a solution to secure a backup of your Metron files that does not require Internet access. Metron Manual Backup is an onsite option you control from your desktop. Unlike our Metron Back ME UP service, this solution is performed and monitored by you. It could be the perfect backup option for your mobile practice.
|
How do you use Metron? What is your best X-Ray story? Here is your chance to share how you are using Metron and tell us about your practice. Maybe you are being creative with Metron...tell us about it! We just ask for a few minutes of your time.
Contact us to be featured in the METRONews Practice Spotlight.
Coming in February 2018!

Watch for your February METRONews
The next monthly issue will be emailed Tuesday, February 6, 2018.

Welcome to Metron Support, Kiley!
|
If you have called Metron Support Services in the past couple of months, you may already know and have talked with Kiley.
Kiley grew up on a hobby farm and loves animals of all kinds. She started riding horses when she was nine years old.
JT (
pictured above) is Kiley's retired show horse and she rode him up
to 4th level Dressage and trained with several Grand Prix trainers at KYB Dressage, Ots Sunrise Farm and many others.
Kiley is now training Boo, her 3-year-old APHA (Paint horse), for English and Western Pleasure, as well as occasional trail riding.
As one of your Support Services Representatives, Kiley especially loves the "problem solving" aspect of customer service.
Perhaps she just threw a challenge out there!

Fun to turn the page and peek at the past 12 months!

We have welcomed so many new faces to our
Metron Support Services team in the past year PLUS we moved our office to a downtown Green Bay location in March. The expanded facility and additions to our team help us to serve you better.
In 2017, we welcomed
Lisa, Erin, Justin, Steve, Dan, Ryan, Kris, Tim, Jenny, Jeff, Amy, Sahil, Bryan, Cassandra, and Kiley to your support team!
"My experience here has been wonderful so far, this truly is a great team that we have, and I look forward to everything we might accomplish together!!!"
We also celebrated work anniversaries of so many support technicians you talk to every day!
And, of course, as a veterinary practice, you greet and service family pets every day...cherishing them as if they were your own.
We had fun this past year telling you some stories about our own furry friends and these adventures will continue in 2018.
Coco
is a lovable, grumpy six-year-old chocolate lab.
Salvatore and Tolkien are foster brothers and Brianna says her family is complete with these two adorable additions!
Ginger...well she could not be cuter in her favorite spot.
Harley and the hunting season are a match...not only for her November birthday, but
she loves going deer hunting & camping with Jim.
November was a very special month as we honored and thanked our own veterans on Veteran's Day. Each person shared their unique experience, story and impact on their life.
Our hearts are huge and were grateful on this day and will be throughout this new year.
