Are you on the latest Metron version? If you are on Metron 7.40.124 then you are good to go.

If not, contact us to ensure you have the most current software version and all the features included.
Metron Web-Viewer

Metron 7.40 includes cool features within the Metron Web-Viewer. It offers large images and/or resizable images with the capability to download complete studies (rather than one image at a time). You can also download in DICOM format if the user posted them with that option.

Your Metron Support Services Team is a dedicated group of professionals technically skilled to coach, train and troubleshoot your staff in the Metron Imaging Software techniques and features. AND, we continue to add to our team to service you better!

Bryan is the Support Services Manager. He plays an integral role with the support, technical, and development personnel in Metron Support Services. When Bryan is not in his office, he enjoys time with is wife and two  two teenage daughters  And his  hobbies? Well, they include bowling and barbecue competitions. Unsure if there are any ribbons on the fireplace mantel.

If you have called Metron Support Services within the past few months, you have already met Lisa! She is generally the first person to greet you, listening to your questions, then guiding you to a support technician for service. Lisa's career path has been in customer service field so she is always happy to help!

And when she is not at her desk...Lisa loves spending time with her grandchildren and enjoys Harley excursions with her husband.

...you have an official week to celebrate.

The week of October 15-21, 2017 is especially set aside to give a "shout out" to all the veterinary technicians in your practice! 

As any practice owner knows, veterinary technicians are so important in the day-to-day function and play vital roles in preserving animal health. 

National Veterinary Technician Week was first celebrated in 1993 and provides a week of opportunities to recognize veterinary technicians' contributions. It is  sponsored by the National Association of Veterinary Technicians of America. 

Thanks to you an ordinary day can become extraordinary for a pet owner-not only this week, but every day throughout the year.
