Backups are Critical Data Protection Component

The purpose of the backup is to create a copy of your Metron data to another location in case your data is compromised. Having this type of backup allows you to restore information, ensure business continuity, and defend against a devastating crisis.

For best results, backup copies are made consistently and regularly to minimize the amount of data lost between backups. The more time which passes between backup copies, the more potential for data loss when recovering from a backup. Retaining multiple copies of data provides the ability to restore to a point in time not affected by data corruption or malicious attacks.
