Best Practices for Successful Cloud Backup

Making sure your data is being backed up to the cloud!

Below are some tips and best practices for Metron clients who utilize our Cloud Backup service to ensure your Metron data is being backed up to the cloud regularly. Click here for a detailed how-to document.

  • Verify your computer is connected to the Internet (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection).
  • Verify the Metron Cloud Backup application is running.
  • Check the Cloud Backup status/progress.
  • Make backing up/verifying cloud backups a part of your routine!

Remember - it is critical to verify your Metron data is backing up to the cloud; you don’t want to encounter a situation that causes you to lose your data!

Metron Dental Forms

Having customizable dental forms.

If you have used the built-in forms and find they don’t meet your needs, don’t worry. Metron Support Services has worked with several clinics to create customized dental forms. These additional forms are simple to use and can be personalized to meet your needs. Metron forms can be an excellent value-added service you can provide to your clients. Once a form is in a study, it can be displayed on a Metron Viewstation or sent to the client through email, Metron Web Viewer, or printed out for them to take home. 

These and other value-added features make the Metron product unique in the veterinary imaging world.

Honoring OUR Veterans and their Companion Animals

Who knew we had so many adorable furry family members? We Did!

We honor all current and former members of the Armed Services this Veterans Day. We want to give a special thank you to our colleagues who are veterans or who are currently serving. Our country’s greatness is built on the foundation of your courage and sacrifice. Thank you!

We also want to honor our veterans’ companion animals. These furry family members have impacted their lives for the better. We want to give these special pets big kudos for their unconditional love, big hearts, and for making their

lives whole.
