Consistent with the prior MF Notice 20-10 sent on May 4th, 2020 the Missing/Incomplete Item Notices, as applicable, will be sent no later than Friday, May 15, 2020. The notice will be emailed to
the Applicant/Developer contact identified in the 2020 application.
With the implementation of the COVID-19 Safer at Home policies, it is reasonable to expect professional offices are open and responsive to requests. Please plan to notify your project's development team members, environmental or market study professional and any other applicable third-party development team members of issues identified in your Notice immediately upon receipt of your Notice. You should inform them that the applicant response to the Missing/Incomplete Item Notice is due to AHFA within 7 business days. Please prepare to request clarifications or additional information from your third-party team members be sent to you so that your response to AHFA is received within the specified time period.
