On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, the AHFA Board of Directors approved the 2024 Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan, the HOME Action Plan, and the National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan. The Board-Approved Plans will be available on the AHFA website later this week. Final approval by Governor Kay Ivey of the 2024 QAP is pending.
