To be considered for the CHDO Set-Aside in the 2024 Competitive Funding Cycle, organizations must submit an AHFA 2024 CHDO Application to AHFA by 5:00 p.m. CDT, Friday, January 12, 2024.

AHFA anticipates notifying applicants of its determination of CHDO eligibility from AHFA before the Application Date for the 2024 Competitive Funding Cycle.
