Organizations and/ or individuals interested in the 2024 AHFA Competitive Application Cycle or other AHFA administered programs are encouraged to participate in the 2024 AHFA Application Workshop.

The workshop will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 9:15 a.m. CDT at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference at Capitol Hill located at 2500 Legends Circle, Prattville, Alabama 36066.

Multiple members from the same team or organization are encouraged to participate. Each person attending must complete an individual registration.

Registration will close on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Seating is limited, so please register early.

Tentative agenda will include:

• AHFA Application Processes (including HOME-ARP)
• AHFA HOME and Housing Credit Program Overview of Significant Changes for 2024
• DMS Online Application Demonstration
• Environmental Updates
• Guest Speakers from HUD
• Q&A with AHFA Staff
• Questions must be submitted by February 1, 2024, using the 2024 Application Workshop Question Form
