AHFA Multifamily Staff will conduct site visits associated with the 2024 Competitive Application Cycle during the month of April and May. The site visits are tentatively scheduled to begin on April 3 and be completed by May 17. However, these dates are subject to revision. The site visits consist of exterior inspection only. AHFA staff will not enter buildings or interview onsite personnel or tenants. Please make sure that signs marking the proposed site entrance are posted and visible.
