2025 AHFA Board-Approved

Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan,

HOME Action Plan, and the

National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, the AHFA Board of Directors approved the 2025 Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan, the HOME Action Plan, and the National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan. The Board-Approved Plans are available on the AHFA website. Final approval by Governor Kay Ivey of the 2025 QAP and final approval by HUD of the 2025 HOME Action Plan and the National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan are pending.

AHFA will release information regarding application materials and timelines via Multifamily Notices.
