The 2025 CHDO Application Manual and 2025 CHDO Application and Recertification Forms Package Materials will be posted on AHFA's website Wednesday, December 3, 2024.
To be considered for the CHDO Set-Aside in the 2025 Competitive Funding Cycle, organizations must submit an AHFA 2025 CHDO Application to AHFA by 5:00 p.m. CDT, Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
AHFA anticipates notifying applicants of its determination of CHDO eligibility from AHFA before the Application Date for the 2025 Competitive Funding Cycle.
