Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Notice of Intent to Apply Logs are due to AHFA via email by 5:00 pm CDT, Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
2. Notice of Intent to Apply submissions must be delivered to and accepted by AHFA staff at the offices of AHFA by 5:00 pm CDT, Wednesday, September 3, 2025, regardless of the delivery method.

Submissions may be submitted by hand or overnight delivery to the following address:

Please note that the AHFA offices are secured and not open to the public. If hand delivered, you must call 334-244-9200 upon arrival at the AHFA parking area and let the receptionist know you are onsite to deliver a multifamily submission package. A member of the multifamily staff will meet you in the lobby of the building to receive the package.

Please note that all AHFA fees are non-refundable; applicants submit at their own risk. It is strongly recommended that a cashier's check or certified funds accompany your submission to forego any banking concerns.
